Kiplenge & Kurgat Advocates is based in Nakuru and was founded by Mr. Juma Kiplenge, EBS, who initially ran the practice as a solo operation under the name Juma Kiplenge & Associates Advocates. Before launching his own firm, Mr. Kiplenge gained extensive legal experience working at Mirugi Kariuki & Co Advocates, where he progressed from Associate Advocate to Partner level. Over the years, the practice has evolved into a partnership structure and has expanded considerably from its original foundation. Today, the firm operates with three Principal Partners and two Associates on staff. The organization has benefited from significant growth and now brings together a diverse team of lawyers representing different age groups and backgrounds, creating a dynamic environment that combines cultural diversity, professional maturity, and fresh perspectives.
