What we provide

A public register compiled from licensed sources. We take care to publish the record accurately, but a register drawn from other people's data will contain errors, and an entry may be out of date between imports. Check anything that matters with the source.

Not legal advice, not a recommendation

Nothing here is legal advice. A listing is not a vouch: we publish that a person appears on the roll, and nothing about how good they are. The plain-language summaries on decisions are machine-generated and labelled as such; the judgment text is what governs, not the summary.

Using the register

You may read, link to and quote these pages. You may not:

• Bulk-copy the register to republish it as your own
• Use it to build profiles, scores or rankings of the people in it
• Use contact details published here to send unsolicited marketing
• Use it to harass, impersonate or misrepresent anyone listed

Automated access that degrades the site for other people will be blocked.

If you are listed

You can claim your profile, control whether your contact details show, and ask for corrections, removal or a copy of what we hold. See the privacy notice and the request form.

Content that is not ours

Judgments and legislation stay the work of the courts and the sources that licensed them to us, on the terms named on the sources page. Kenya Law's headnotes and summaries are theirs and are not reproduced here.

Liability

The register is provided as it is. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of an entry that turns out to be wrong, which is why every page carries a correction route and a link to its source.

Changes

These terms change as the register does. Material changes are dated here.
